Then we had install day and everyone was professional and cleaned up after themselves very well with no damage to the home. The whole crew from Power have been great to work with. They installed a new roof for us and it looks great. My home “noticing the damaged windows” and wanted to sell me PH windows without realizing I already had them! The best part was I was told the turn around date for new windows is 8 days!

I’ve been remodeling my home room by room and I knew I had roof problems and I had been putting it off for as long as I could. I have paid more than $30,000 with this company and I am being miss treated. A purchase expensive door with them after all the repairs over four repairs cause some many scratches and promise to bring me some touch of paint never did. It does not make sense did I have to sit here and wait till November 1 for them to come back out here for a job that we started in June 2021.
When we called to get it repaired they gave us a date that was 3 weeks out, and then they called us back to cancel and reschedule at an even later date. This appointment date was changed due to negligence in their scheduling. For the Premium price we paid for our windows, the quality of materials/installation is not up to standards. This is the 2nd time we have had to call them out to repair the same window. The install manager had no sense of urgency for our problem, nor did it seem like he was trying to resolve the problem.

Do yourself a favor and look at a hood local company. Power is too big of a company with too many people to be able to handle your project personally, especially when something goes wrong. Just bring me my window and I will have a competent installer put your faulty windows in. Still waiting for repairs on my other brand new windows to be done. The top vinyl panel on the front of the house became "disconnected" from it's upper channel and bulged out during the last week of May, 2022 while we were on vacation.
